CANCELLATION POLICY

At R.I.P., your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: ✧ 24-Hour Notice Required We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us time to offer your slot to another client. ✧ Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost. ✧ No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and may be required to prepay future appointments. ✧ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment.
